Problems with joints seems to be a prevailing illness striking all ages. We must ask ourselves; "what is causing such a wide spread illness?"
I feel it's our food causing the problem. If you go back in history you will find that only the elderly ended up with arthritis. You might find once in a while someone younger with rheumatoid arthritis but seldom ever osteoarthritis. These days I see people in their teens with osteoarthritis (the wearing away of the joints). They say things like "It's because I ran track or played sports." So did the people of our past play sports and ran track, in fact, they did a lot of other hard work also, they never had any trouble with their joints wearing away.
Plain and simple, their foods were much better than ours are today. They also boiled bones and cartilage to make soups, giving them the very nutrients to build their bones and joints and keep them strong.
Nobody seems to have time to make meals from scratch anymore. Everything we eat is premade, pre-done and precooked. They lack nutrients especially minerals. Minerals are extremely important for all aspects of our health, even though they are in micro-units and the body only needs a very small amount. Eliminate even one of these minerals from your diet and you could end up with cancer or other serious ailments.
As I have stated in the past, our soils are depleted of these much needed minerals. All the foods you buy in the store are immensely depleted of nutrients do to the fact that the plants we eat aren't getting the minerals they need to grow properly. So, farmers use synthetics to make them grow or put in their soil just one or two minerals to make the plants grow big and beautiful. However, they lack the very nutrients needed to sustain our joints, not to mention a whole lot of other processes in our bodies.
We can change this by buying only organic fruits and vegetables, and in this way more and more farmers will have to meet the demands of the people and change the way they grow crops.
If you are one of those with joint problems, just remember that it is self induced by your choice of how you eat, what you buy to eat and how you prepare the foods you eat. No one to blame but yourself.
You can change it by changing the way you eat and what you eat. Remember any thing made from grains is a processed food and will be highly acidic in spite of doctors saying "Eat more whole grains because they are good for you." In reality they are a highly acidic food that can cause joint damage and allergies. Stop eating all grains of any kind and watch the inflammation in your joints go down, not to mention, your allergies will start to bother you less and less. As a society of people we eat way too much in the way of grains and sugar, it seems to be in everything.
One more thing, natural anti-inflammatory like MSM, bromelain and micro-lactin, just to mention a few, will help with the pain and may stop the continued damage.

The Great Margerine Fallacy
We have all been told or read that margarine is much better for you than butter, is that really true? Seeing how margarine has trans-fats in it and all the studies done on trans fats have shown to cause cancer and other problems in the body, how can it possibly be called a healthy alternative to butter? Next, let's look how it's made shall we?
First of all, they start with a cheap oil such as corn, cotton seed, soybean, safflower and canola oil. These oils are already rancid from the heat extraction process and the last bit of oil is removed with hexane and most of these oils are from genetically modified crops.
Second, the oils are steamed clean destroying all vitamins and antioxidants however, hexane and pesticides remain.
Third, the oils are then mixed with ground nickel, a highly toxic substance, for a catalyst to help the hydrogenation process.
Fourth, the oils are put under high pressure and temperature with the nickel catalyst forcing hydrogen atoms to bond with the oil molecules.
Fifth, the previous process leaves a smelly lumpy gray grease so, emulsifiers ( a soap like substance ) are used to eliminate the smelly lumps.
Sixth, The oil is steam cleaned again to remove chemical odors.
Seventh, bleaching is used on the oil to get rid of the gray color left there from using the nickel.
Eighth, synthetic vitamins, artificial flavors and coloring is added.
Ninth, biased tests are conducted to show how healthy it is compared to butter so you the consumer, will buy this engineered food.

Toting Falsehoods on Internet Health Sites
I just read a list of debunked health myths on a certain famous web site, even though they were right about some of the things they mentioned such as staying out in the cold does not mean your going to get a cold and cracking your knuckles doesn't cause arthritis however, they said that taking supplements such as a multi vitamin is pointless and that you can get all your nutrients from the foods you eat out of a supermarket. They are sadly mistaken. Our mass produced food is genetically modified, grown in synthetic soils and radiated to preserve their shelf life. It's any wonder that they have any nutrients at all, and if what they say is true, why are we ranked 65th as the healthiest country in the world?
Another idiotic thing they said is that sugar doesn't make your children hyper, it's just that parents notice their children more because they believe that sugar makes them hyper but, their kids are this way already and they only notice it do to only paying attention at that time. Do you like being insulted in this way? According to them you are all bad parents who only pay attention to their emotions and nervous energy after you give them sugar.
I'm the third oldest of a family of 15 kids and I will tell you this right now that my parents didn't let us have sugar at all until it was someones birthday. After eating cake and ice cream, every one of us suddenly got real energetic and started to talk faster and run around like wild animals. I wasn't a parent and I realized this at an early age; if you eat sugary foods then your going to run around, make noise and have a hard time going to sleep that night. Sugar is without a doubt going to make your children more hyper when they eat it. All you parents out there are probably shaking your head yes.
I'm starting to wonder if they are trying to make people sick just so they can make more money off of them? Do any of them even have kids?
According to them, drugs are OK but supplements are bad unless a doctor says otherwise. I'm living proof that they are WRONG. I have changed my life around and have solved every health issue with supplements instead of drugs. Since I started taking supplements 17 years ago and ate organic and free range foods, I haven't had a single cold or flu in those 17 years, not even once.
If you think they are right, I want you to look at the other people around you in the supermarket
and ask yourself, "are all these fat people considered healthy?" Just about everyone you look at will be on some drug to keep themselves from dying do to eating the very foods they say are enough to keep you healthy. WHAT A FARCE!

Can Neuropathy be Reversed
Neuropathy is the deadening of nerves or actual destruction of nerves or damaged nerves. People who have diabetes almost always end up with neuropathy, I guess the million dollar question is; can neuropathy be reversed?

ADD & ADHD Getting Kids Hooked on Drugs
There seems to be an epidemic with our children today and it's the lack of focus in the form of attention deficit disorder or attention deficit hyper disorder. This is a great excuse for doctors to get children hooked on drugs at an early age. It's very sad that doctors will jump on the opportunity to give a child a drug instead of looking at what their diet might be and what may be causing them to have this disorder. Doctors are just too quick to dispense drugs, this is why I like to call them glorified drug dealers. God forbid they should have to figure out what's causing the problem themselves, but all too often, they blame it on hereditary or some other dumb thing "oh, these things just happen" instead of getting to the root of the problem.
I've said this many times before and I'm going to say it again right here; nothing just happens, for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction. To be fair I must say not all doctors are this way, just too many of them are. There's just to many kids who end up on Ritalin or other drugs at such an early age just because doctors don't have a clue as to what's really going on.
I've had a theory for some time now as to what's causing ADD and ADHD. The main culprit is sugar in the form of carbohydrates and sugary breakfast cereals or pop tarts or other sugar loaded foods void of any nutrients, and other culprit is a lack of a certain B vitamin in these foods known as B-15 otherwise known as DMG which means dimethylglysine .
DMG wasn't considered important enough of a B vitamin to fortify premade or precooked foods, synthetic B vitamins have been added back to these foods due to the fact that anything that is processed usually has its vitamins destroyed in the processing so they must fortify it however, they left out DMG.
The significance of this is; DMG helps the brain utilize oxygen better giving you clarity and focus, the less oxygen the brain has the more likely you will lose clarity and focus. High sugar intake actually lowers the oxygen in your body and definitely make's your kids hyper, not to mention also helps destroy hormones due to the free radicals it causes in the body.

Stop feeding your kids garbage for breakfast, all you're doing is giving your children ADD or ADHD and giving a reason for doctors to put your kids on drugs. Yeah, I know, this requires work however, that is what it means to be a parent and if you can't put in the effort for your children then you shouldn't have children. Remember, health comes first, because, if you don't have your health, then nothing else really matters. Your children rely on you to feed them, don't abandon them in their hour of need, feed them real food with the real nutrients instead of feeding them garbage. The Fat America
Obesity reigns supreme in America whether we like it or not. Why do you suppose this is? Aren't we the breadbasket of the world, don't we have the best food in the world, aren't we the healthiest country in the world? Yes, we are the breadbasket of the world however, we certainly don't have the best food in the world (tasting or otherwise), and we definitely aren't the healthiest country in the world. There is one thing we can definitely say, we are the fattest country in the world.
Does anybody in America even cook anymore, and I'm not talking about grilling outside on a barbecue grill, I'm talking about cooking from scratch? Do any of you remember the days we used to sit down at a table, I'm talking the whole family gathered together at once, and eat delicious home-cooked meals? If you're using your microwave to cook your meals for you and your family, you most likely are going to die an early death. First you'll start to gain weight, then comes the health problems, then comes all the drug medications, then comes cancer, diabetes and heart attacks.
Oh, I know you don't have enough time to cook, your life is just way too busy, and you were never taught how to cook. If this is you, then you're not in control of your life, your life is in control of you, you probably should rethink your life, maybe take a little less money and get a job that isn't going to kill you, because, what good is all that money if you don't have your health or the time to enjoy it?
Grow your own organic garden, buy only free range meats, learn how to cook and you will find by not eating foods premade, precooked, pre-done, you'll start having better energy and you'll lose the weight, plus, if the whole family is sitting down for dinner together at a table, you can each start having better conversations and learning from each other and your family will end up being a tighter knit family.
I came from a big family, and we were pretty poor, but we all sat at the table together to eat dinner, and we had some the most interesting conversations that made you think, we were healthy and happy, we grow our own gardens, we learned how to do things from scratch, in spite of being poor.
Money isn't everything but health is. Once you don't have your health you will realize just how important it really is. Change your life now before it's too late and you will be glad that you did.

Arthritis and Degenerative Back Disease
The problem seems to be rampant, even with people under 30 years of age, everyone seems to have arthritis and degenerative back disease, why is this? In order to know this, we first have to look at what people eat. In the old days people made food from scrap, there was nothing premade, precooked, and few prepackaged foods. The foods they ate weren't genetically modified grown in synthetics soils, and the food wasn't radiated before it got to the store. People had a tendency to make their own soups more often back then, when they were finished with their chicken they didn't throw away the bones or their beef bones, they put it in water and boiled it for hours. Boiling bones with Cartilage on it releases their nutrients into the boiling water, the very nutrients that your bones and joints are made up of. Now ask yourself, do you boil bones with the Cartilage on, and if you do how often?

If they don't have the minerals that they should have then the very plants that you eat are not as alkaline as they should be due to lack of minerals.
Let's now look at the water you drink. I've tested every single bottled water I could find in the store and found only one was above seven on the alkaline scale. Most bottled water were acidic and not alkaline as they should be. I've tested tap water that comes from the sink and found it to be seven or less leaning toward the acidic side. So, I ask you; how are you staying alkaline in order to be healthy, where are you getting your minerals from?
Your body should be somewhere between 7.3 and 7.5 alkalinity, if it is not, you're going to have degenerative back disease and joint problems.
For years I've eaten Cartilage off bones, drank high alkaline water, in fact, I've done this most my whole life. I have an Alkal-Life machine that converts the water from my sink into high alkaline water, this is just one more way to keep myself alkaline, because of this, I have no joint pains or degenerative back disease, yet for years I climbed cliffs with heavy backpacks on, in fact, I did over 4000 climbs in Hawaii alone and have no joint pain or degenerative back disease in spite of having rheumatoid arthritis as a child. I hear all the time oh I'm a runner that's why I got it or I've played basketball, baseball, football or other sports. These are lame excuses for having osteoarthritis or degenerative back disease. Maybe if you stop drinking soda pop and stop eating grains all the time and start eating better foods and making your own food from scratch, good healthy food such as organic fruits, vegetables and free range meats, you wouldn't have this problem to begin with.
You must take the time out of your busy life to eat correctly and you will live a healthier and happier life.
